Natural History Museum!
One day we decided to go to the Natural History Museum. It's the most amazing building! But man it's busy!
Mr Darwin was watching over the tourists and noting their behavioral pattern.
Inside the geology room. So many rocks. And at the end is a room filled with heaps of diamonds and jewels.
Just like the Animal Attic in the Dunedin Museum! Except for about a million times bigger and has dinosaurs and every animal ever.
Next we went to see where Sherlock Holmes used to live! Because he was real. Real.
This is Covent Garden. It's a really cool place with great buskers and a cool market and heaps of shops and this is Jamie Oliver's restaurant. One of them anyway. It's really expensive. And he wasn't there. I checked.
Next we went on a boat to Greenwich where time was invented. The boat was so slow. All these other boats were overtaking us! But we weren't in a hurry so it was ok.
Here is Tower Bridge. The queen keeps all her bling in a huge scary fortress building called the Tower of London to the right of this bridge. But I didn't take a picture of it because I'm not clever at thinking of doing things like that.
You can only kind of see it but behind Tower Bridge is London's newest building! The Shard! You can go up it if you want to. But you have to pay real life money. The don't accept buttons or pebbles.
On a different day we decided to go to Richmond Park. Turns out we picked the coldest day in existence and nearly died from not wearing enough socks. We did find the deer though! We walked around for what felt like forever and ever and then when we looked at the map we realised we had only seen about a quarter of the park. It's big.
Action shot of a deer running away.
